Need help using a page? Contact our shared support team with the page address and the barrier you encountered.
Testing and known limits
On October 16, 2026, we checked all 133 reviewed public pages in a browser at 320- and 390-pixel widths for page-wide overflow, headings and empty action buttons. We also checked keyboard opening and closing of the mobile menu, guide filtering, class-interest selection and the participation calculator.
These checks are not a full accessibility certification. Screen-reader testing, testing with people who have access needs and the future live-class experience remain to be completed. Captions and seated class arrangements are not yet confirmed. External video resources have their own accessibility features.
Reading and navigating
The site uses headings, descriptive links, keyboard focus indicators and a skip-to-content link. Program guides include topic navigation, and longer guides include links to their sections. Text can be enlarged with your browser controls.
Using a smaller screen
Menus and content reflow for a narrow screen. Simple comparisons use labeled cards on phones; complex tables may scroll inside the article. Reduced-motion preferences are respected for site transitions.
Report a barrier
If something prevents you from reading a guide or using a page, contact support with the page link, what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology involved. You do not need to share a diagnosis.
Class accommodations
Website accessibility and exercise suitability are separate questions. Confirm the class positions, equipment and communication arrangements you need before booking. The instructor directory can help you identify whom to contact.
