For a page correction, include the page link and the detail that needs attention. For a class question, include the format and time zone you are interested in. You do not need to email medical records or payment-card details.
An existing instructor booking
If you booked through an independent instructor’s website, contact that provider using your confirmation or their directory profile. They manage their own bookings and policies.
Credential questions
Use IBBFA Verify to check a credential or contact IBBFA for registry and certification questions.
