What you share
We save your email address, selected class interests and agreement to receive class-availability updates first. After joining, you can optionally share broad time windows, up to three preferred weekly days and start times, a time zone and whether your times are flexible. We also record the signup date, the BarreWorkout page that led to the form, and available referring-site or campaign labels to understand how people find us. We keep the referring hostname, not its full URL or search query, and do not collect advertising click IDs.
We do not ask for medical history, payment details, a password or your home address. A class preference is not a medical assessment or confirmation that a class is suitable for you.
How we use it
BarreWorkout uses the waitlist to plan BarrePod classes and contact you about class launches and availability. Authorized administrators can review entries and export them for scheduling and follow-up. Joining does not subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter or create a booking.
Where it goes
The form saves to BarreWorkout’s own waitlist database. It does not send your entry to an advertising platform or an external email-marketing service. Submitting this form does not currently send an automatic email.
How long it stays
Waitlist entries expire after 12 months. Expired entries are excluded from planning and removed when the waitlist is next processed. Repeated signup with the same email does not create a second place or replace existing preferences. After joining, you have 30 minutes to add or revise times on the confirmation screen. After that, contact support to change your preferences. Closing the screen does not remove your saved signup.
Change your preferences or leave
Email support@barrecertification.com from the address you used to join. Ask to update your preferences or remove your waitlist entry. We may need to confirm the request comes from the address owner.
Optional website measurement
If you allow measurement, BarreWorkout counts page views, short browser sessions, waitlist clicks, quiz completions and successful inquiries on its own server. A random session identifier stays in your tab storage and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Measurement records are kept for up to 30 days. They contain page paths and campaign labels, but no email address, form answers, full referrer URLs or stored IP addresses. Measurement is not sent to an advertising or third-party analytics service.
The preference to allow or decline measurement is remembered on this browser for up to six months. You can change it using “Privacy & measurement choices” in the footer. Declining does not affect the waitlist or other features. We also honor supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. A conversion rate based on this measurement represents consenting sessions, not every visitor.
Temporary form-navigation storage carries a selected class and source-page context for up to 30 minutes after you follow an inquiry link; it does not contain your email. Ordinary hosting security logs are separate from this measurement system. Existing private backups can retain earlier copies after records leave the active database.
